Paul Calhoun has been working with Lotus Notes and Domino for 15 years, and is IBM certified as an application developer, system administrator, and instructor through Lotus Notes and Domino 8. Paul is a highly rated speaker who provides customer-focused Notes/Domino, Java, and XML classroom instruction and consulting to Fortune 500 companies, as well as many SMBs. As the owner of NetNotes Solutions Unlimited, Paul provides Lotus Notes and Domino system implementation and programming/development. Paul builds Domino, Web, Java, and XML applications for his customers using Domino and WebSphere. He is currently focused on the integration of ND8 with J2EE systems using Portlet factory and Rational Application Developer. He co-authored the IBM Redbook "XML Powered by Domino," and has developed several online XML and Java programming courses.
Lance Spellman is President of Workflow Studios, a Premier IBM Business Partner based in Dallas and Houston, Texas that provides Development and Administration Consulting as well as certified training and Lotus licensing. Certified as an Application Developer and System Administrator from Lotus Notes and Domino release 4 on, Lance originally started developing applications in 1993. He has worked on projects ranging from large corporate applications to shrink-wrapped projects. His latest project is a product that provides extensive Web content management features including Web services, document manager, and RSS feeds. Lance currently serves as an IBM Design Partner for the next version of Lotus Notes and the next Domino Designer.
